1. Our marketplace role
Springs Airport Rentals LLC ("Springs Airport Rentals," "we," "us," or "our") operates a travel discovery and referral website focused on Colorado Springs Airport, local vehicle rentals, short-term accommodations, attractions, and regional trips.
Unless we clearly state otherwise, Springs Airport Rentals is not the owner, operator, lessor, property manager, rental agency, travel agent, insurer, employer, partner, or representative of any vehicle owner, property host, booking platform, traveler, renter, or guest. We do not currently process reservations or payments.
Any booking, rental, stay, payment, deposit, cancellation, damage claim, refund, or other transaction occurs directly between the traveler and the applicable host or third-party booking platform. Their terms and privacy practices apply to that transaction.
2. Website terms of use
Informational content
We work to keep site information useful and current, but prices, availability, schedules, routes, operating hours, policies, weather, road conditions, and third-party offerings can change without notice. Content is provided for general planning purposes and should be confirmed with the relevant host, airport, attraction, resort, transportation provider, or booking platform.
Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful personal or business purposes related to travel planning or applying to become a host. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, scrape or reproduce the site at scale, introduce harmful code, or use the site to violate another party's rights.
Third-party links
The site may link to host pages, Google Forms, airlines, airports, attractions, social platforms, booking services, or other third-party websites. We do not control or endorse every statement, product, security practice, or policy on those sites and are not responsible for their content or performance.
Intellectual property
The Springs Airport Rentals name, site design, original text, graphics, and other original website materials are owned by Springs Airport Rentals LLC or used with permission. Third-party names, logos, photos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information, host suitability, traveler conduct, vehicle or property condition, availability, pricing, safety, legality, insurance coverage, or the outcome of any transaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Springs Airport Rentals LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, theft, cancellation, delay, or loss arising from use of the site, third-party services, or a transaction between users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Host responsibilities
Vehicle and property hosts are independent providers and remain solely responsible for their listings and operations. By applying or participating, a host represents that submitted information is accurate and that the host has authority to offer the vehicle or property.
Hosts are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate pricing, availability, photos, descriptions, rules, and booking links.
- Complying with applicable licensing, registration, zoning, short-term-rental, tax, accessibility, consumer-protection, and safety requirements.
- Maintaining appropriate insurance and confirming that their insurance permits the intended rental or hosting activity.
- Vehicle and property maintenance, inspections, cleanliness, security, recalls, disclosures, and legally required safety equipment.
- Screening renters or guests, establishing rental terms, collecting payments, handling deposits, cancellations, refunds, claims, disputes, and taxes.
- Obtaining permission to submit and publish all photos, descriptions, links, and other listing materials.
We may accept, decline, edit for clarity, pause, or remove a listing at our discretion, including when information appears inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, outdated, or inconsistent with the site's purpose. Submission does not guarantee publication or continued placement.
4. Traveler and renter responsibilities
Travelers must independently evaluate a host, vehicle, property, neighborhood, route, and booking platform before committing to a transaction. Confirm the final price, fees, taxes, insurance, identity requirements, cancellation terms, pickup or check-in instructions, accessibility needs, and availability directly with the provider.
Travelers are responsible for complying with host agreements and applicable laws, including driver's-license, age, insurance, traffic, occupancy, and property-use requirements. Never send payment outside a trusted method unless you have independently verified the provider and understand the risks.
5. Privacy policy
Information we collect
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, city, business or host information, vehicle or property details, listing links, photos, application responses, and messages.
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location, and interaction data through server logs, cookies, or analytics technologies.
How we use information
- Review host applications and create, manage, or promote approved listings.
- Respond to questions and communicate about the marketplace.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the website.

Google services and other providers
The site is hosted using a third-party web hosting provider and host applications use Google Forms. We may also use Google Analytics or similar services to understand website traffic. Information processed by those services is subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies. Do not submit sensitive information that we have not specifically requested.
When information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the site; with a host, traveler, or booking platform when necessary to support a requested connection; when required by law or a valid legal process; to protect safety, rights, and security; or in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information for money.
Public listing information
Information submitted for a host listing may be displayed publicly, including host or business name, vehicle or property details, photos, general location, amenities, and booking links. We will not intentionally publish private contact information unless the host requests or authorizes it.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email, form, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
The site is intended for adults planning travel or offering rentals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request deletion.
6. Your privacy choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted, or opt out of nonessential communications, by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and certain information may be retained when permitted or required by law.
